Why does the SSD start to slow down after about a day after loading?

I can't figure out what the problem is. I did not find a solution on the Internet.
There is a laptop ASUS K56CB, 6 gigs of RAM. I put a Samsung MZ-M6E250BW SSD on it, an mSATA connector (it is inserted directly into the motherboard). I rolled a clean Windows ten on it. I set the swap file to 12 GB. Everything seems to be flying. Windows starts instantly.
But after some time (about a day) everything starts to lag wildly. This difference is especially strong when I, after sitting at the computer in the evening, cut it off in sleep mode, and on the trail. day after work I come and cut. Everything starts to creep up. Chrome just hangs, not a single application works normally, after 5-10 minutes it debugs and it becomes easier, but there are still lags. At the same time, the manager does not see that the memory or CPU are 100% loaded.
Oddly enough, rebooting helps. The computer restarts in half a minute, and everything flies again. But I don’t want to interrupt work every day, close all programs, tabs, etc., reboot, and then turn it all over again. On the HDD, there was no such problem at all, but it itself was slower.
What are the possible solutions to the problem? In addition to the option to stick more RAM.

Judging by the description of the problem, it's not the SSD, but the RAM or the crooked software.

Try updating the Intel(R) Management Engine Interface, or disable it on the devices if that doesn't help.
Ideally, update all drivers and system.

reset the swap file to default.

in the activity monitor there is not only "overview", apparently you will have to explore other tabs to find a bottleneck. just in case, let me remind you that the table headers are clickable
, read the comments (maybe not all) - I did not see the screen from the "disks" tab, with the queue length. I’ll add a version for that - this is not necessarily a disk problem (or a memory leak), the brakes can also be network. when some process does not receive a response to a request at all (most likely synchronous, not professionally built code locks important local resources while waiting for a response). at what they look very similar - the feeling is completely freezing the system. this is not an uncommon pattern for botnet agents who have lost their control server. this is a special case, the problem can also be with legal software (unsuccessful setup, Rostelecom blocked the necessary server .. yes, anything)
so first find where the real bottleneck is, then the process .. and so on

spoiler

You can also look through the resource monitor - it also shows the disk

if rebooting helps, try hibernation - almost like sleeping (applications are not closed) but in this mode, all RAM is flushed to disk and the computer is physically turned off.
if there are no brakes when exiting hibernation, this will be a good chance that the hardware is buggy

In addition to updating all drivers, it is worth updating the BIOS to the latest one, it happens that there are problems in the BIOS, the exit from hibernation is incorrectly implemented, especially if the beech is from the very first releases.

1) update and reset the bios
2) try to reduce the swap file to 6GB, try to remove it completely for a day, for the sake of the test

had a similar problem, it was solved by turning on hibernation powercfg -h onand turning off the "fast start" parameter in the w10 power consumption settings (because of it, the laptop did not always start on the first try)
