What RAM is suitable for Acer ASPIRE Z3751?

Good afternoon, dear members of the forum
. I decided to put new memory bars into the Acer ASPIRE Z3751 monoblock for my godfather. Two Kingston DDR3 1GB each were installed, which does not meet the requirements of the modern world. I came to DNS (St. Petersburg), they gave me one left in stock, which supposedly fits ...
I installed it, immediately after loading the BIOS, before loading Win7, a blue screen crashes with a memory read / write error.
We put back the old ones, everything is ok.
Tell me, please, what could be the peculiarity when choosing memory for this PC and why 4GB memory from the same manufacturer did not fit? (after all, the store assured the opposite)
PS
I confess I am an amateur in choosing iron, so I posted a folder with a photo of two former strips, a new one next to it, a computer model and an AIDA report on devices.

Once the bios initialization stage passes, it means that the bar is technically compatible. The memory stick, memory controller and BIOS were able to agree on the mode of operation. It might be just plain wrong. Just because she just came out of the store doesn't mean anything. Run memtest.
The existing i3 550 is able to DDR3 maximum 4GB per bar, 1066 or 1333MHz. The latter does not mean that higher-frequency bars will not work, they typically have lower frequencies stitched into the SPD, and it will start at a lower frequency. 1333 is now really no longer found everywhere, you can take 1600. Well, memory should always be taken under the moneyback, there is also an individual incompatibility of a specific bar, a specific memory controller and a specific motherboard ..
