Why does a group of computers with the same configuration lose connection to the gateway at the same time?

Why does a group of computers with the same configuration lose connection to the gateway at the same time?
A group of computers, about 5, lose their connection to the gateway at the same time. This happens every 3 hours. i.e. at 9:00, at 13:00, at 16:00.....etc. These PCs are connected to a managed CISCO switch, it is connected to a switch in the server room, also CISCO, it is connected to a CISCO router on which DCHP is installed, it is connected to a MikroTik Router. After the network reboot, the Internet is restored.
In addition to these PCs, there are another 30 PCs on which everything works fine.
By the way, sometimes when you reboot the Network Card, a BSOD falls out with various errors, from klym6.sys to disk errors.
Ps Kaspersky license is installed on all PCs, the problem is not in it, I tried to completely delete it, run a clean start of the OS, etc.
I tried to disable the DNS client, disabled RSS, and indeed everything that was advised on the forums, absolutely on any - did not help
Only one helps option - network replacement. But this option is very costly, and not an option, because this does not solve the problem.
On all Windows 10 OS license.

Are you sure about the specified time periods? Exactly at this time?
Windows 10 does a lot of background work. If everyone has the same fall time and you want to start eliminating the culprits, then:
1) Disable time synchronization and shift by half an hour on 1-2 computers, see the result. If the failure occurs during the specified hours according to the computer time, then it is worth delving into the scheduler. Probably the system resets the ip stack for its own needs and we get an error. Drops can be for many reasons. If all the same, at the same time, regardless of the time of the computer, then really try changing the port on the switch. cisco is very smart hardware, sometimes too much.
2) Try setting up a static ip on your computer.
3) Check, manually set the network card settings, especially the interface speed.
4) Try booting your computer in safe mode with networking and keep it for a long time.
5) Move the computer to another switch, closer to the gateway.
Enough for now...
