Hello, I want to build a system on i7 7700K with NZXT Kraken X42 cooling in Fractal Design Core 500, and I have a question, will there be problems with overheating?

For 7700 it is rather weak, under load you will get a stove.
But again, here it is necessary to look at how you will use the "server", if a constant load is not planned, but only periodic, then in general it should pull.
As for me, it’s a little expensive for a cooling system based on a 140mm radiator, you don’t pay cheaply there for fakes and whistles and not for the cooling itself.
