Why does the MikroTik RB951ui router have a maximum speed of lan ports of 100Mbps, and wifi of 300?

Hello!
In the characteristics of the router, it says "Basic data transfer rate - 100 Mbps", while "Maximum speed at a frequency of 2.4 GHz - 300 Mbps"?
If the provider issues 200 Mbps, will the speed be cut to 100 Mbps?

Yes, 100.
300 for a local wireless network, for example.

200Mbit is the maximum speed that the provider claims . Even with a direct connection without a router, you rarely get this.
100Mbit per port also means the maximum speed of one port. If you have three devices connected via UTP, and all pull at the same time, this will be more than the bandwidth that the provider gives.
300Mbit is the maximum connection speed, in reality you will never get such a data transfer rate.
Hence the conclusion: you will have more than enough of such a router.
