How to remotely change the MAC address of the TP-LINK TD-W8901N router?

There is a TP-LINK TD-W8901N router. When I change its mac address in the settings, the ip automatically changes. How can I change the MAC address of the router remotely via lan? It needs to be changed automatically every 4-5 hours. You can use a bow, a program or a planner. It is not an option to manually enter the browser every time and make all the changes.
