When downloading a file across the network DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_BAD_CONFIG?

Hello. There is an Internet connection 100Mbps over twisted pair, domra.
Zyxel keenetik start router (the problem persists on dlink dir300 as well).
When one client downloads something at full speed, all other clients are bent, and surfing on the downloading client is also bent (the browser issues DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_BAD_CONFIG).
What are the settings for this? I tried to set a limit of 50Mbps to each client, but it does not help.
I have never encountered this, even on slower connections it was always possible to browse pages when downloading.

It helped to update the router software to the beta version.

Raise QoS higher for DNS requests, for example.

It's too late, of course, but ... try to install third-party DNS for your PCs.
Put third-party DNS on the router.
Buy the cheapest mikrotik (router), everything will work (this is provided that the piece of iron is bent)
