Why does the laptop instantly turn off when unplugged from charging?

Hi everyone, I've been having this problem for a long time and just now decided to fix it. After returning the laptop for repair (replacing the keyboard), I came home and immediately discovered a new problem. The laptop worked well, properly, but as soon as you lose contact with the outlet (the slightest loss of contact from the network) and it instantly turns off, and in special cases, I don’t know why, some settings fly, such as time, date. in general, the laptop has turned into a stationary PC ((( even now I am writing this and the time is incorrect

Some contact was broken, so now the battery is not powered due to "no connection", obviously. Even if he sees the battery.

So bring it back to the repair, let them fix it after themselves, why waste time and effort here.

Well, this is elementary: the trouble nests in the battery, it stupidly does not work. Either the resource has completely depleted (i.e., the capacity has become zero), or the BMS controller has died.
