Why does the laptop charge itself after 70%?
Hello. I have had an HP laptop for 1 year. The last few days when charging, charging turns off by itself. This happens about 70%. Example: 68% is charging... 69% is charging... 70% is turning off (the charge off signal is heard and the charging icon disappears) and the indicator light is white (indicates that it is fully charged). When it drops to 69% again (or maybe 69.9%, I only show whole numbers), it beeps again and charging is connected, and so on again and again. For example, from a low level of charge (10%), it is charged without interruption up to 70%. Turned on without battery and everything works fine. Recently, a couple of times I forgot to connect the charger and it turned off (0%). I'm assuming something is due to this. How to fix?

Check battery charging settings. There is a setting - to charge the battery not up to 100%, but up to 70 or 80. This allegedly extends the battery life. You may have this feature enabled.
It looks like the charging controller is weird, if the laptop is still under warranty, then to the service, if not, then to the service for money. I can advise you one of the simple calibration operations. Disconnect the charger on a fully charged battery (in your case it is 70%) and leave the laptop on the BIOS screen. After the laptop turns off without turning it on, connect the charger and wait until the indicator tells you that the battery is charged. Repeat 2 times if everything is normal with the controller, it calibrates.
PS There is still a possibility that the charge controller goes crazy not in the laptop but in Akum. but try to do what is described above.
