Why is the Internet not working under a specific account?
There is a computer in the domain. Behind him is a user who has admin rights. If you remove admin rights from a user, then web pages stop opening for him. More precisely, only microsoft.com and bing.com work. Sites are pinged.
Tried logging in with another user account - same result. It does not depend on the browser. I did not find anything in the IE settings. Setting up the firewall, as well as completely disabling it, did not give any result.
I'm at a loss as to what it could be? windows xp sp3 system.
PS reinstalling the OS is not an option for a number of reasons.

Good afternoon!
Too little information, in general, check:
1. nslookup - under the rights of a regular user (and in general the operation of DNS)
2. Internet under this user on another computer
3. Check the account, maybe there are not enough rights or they were specifically curtailed
4. Delete and recreate account on the current computer (if possible)
