Why does the ionic application hang on android 4.X.X?

I'm testing an application built on the ionic framework.
On android 5+, everything works without problems,
but on android 4.4.4 it loads, but freezes on any operation
. And there’s nothing to even show, because it doesn’t show any errors, exceptions in the console - it just freezes and that’s it.
And I don’t understand what to debug ..
Plugins cordova-sqlite-storage, cordova-bluetoothle are connected.
From the framework, modal windows and a back button are used.
