Why does the "Invalid Provisioning Profile..." error appear when publishing an iOs app?

I made a hybrid application, rolled it out safely to Android, now we are already testing it.
Issues with publishing to the AppStore.
Development in XDK, specified Add ID, App Name and so on in build settings...
Selected Provisioning Profile: production
The following files were generated :

he signs the app with a certificate (p12) file and provisioning profile
When trying to publish the application through the App loader, the following error occurs (details omitted):

I tried adding adhoc, changing the name of the application and other things, it does not help.
