NSDate formatter returns nil?

Problem: returns empty (i.e. goes to else), although before if let checked createdDate for content - print(self.createdDate)

Most likely the string format is not correct or does not match the input string. That is, your self.createdDate should contain something like 04/30/2007 20:58
