Tracing the HTTP requests of an iOS app?

Good day to all!
There is a third party app installed on iOS 6.0.1. Is there any way to track which HTTP requests the application sends from the iPhone and what responses it receives?

You can do this:
On a poppy, make the distribution of the Internet via wifi, it is assumed that the poppy has access to the Internet. Further, we put a sniffer on the poppy, for example, wireshark. We connect the iPhone via wifi to the poppy, launch the sniffer, in the sniffer we “listen” to the interface through which you get access to the Internet. On the iPhone, we launch the desired application, in the sniffer we press Start capture and look. Or you can click Start capture first, and then launch the desired application on the iPhone.
