How to convert jpg image to 2x and 3x?

I downloaded a photo for the application in sketch format, export is only available in jpg format, I need to get 2x and 3x images, how to convert and get such images?

This is the image scale . If the canvas was 100x100 then x2 is 200x200.
To add scales - click the plus sign at the top. PNG change to the desired format.
