Why does the HP Proliant ML110 G6 disappear from the network?

There is a standard server HP Proliant ML110 G6 on which Xenserver 6.5.0 is installed. IP distributes Mikrotik in DHCP mode. Periodically, the server simply falls off the network and only a reboot helps. Can you suggest where could be the problem?

Don't you think that there is not enough information about the problem? The network falls off as: packets stop walking or maybe the interface disappears? I doubt the problem is with the router. See what happens with the address set by hand. If rebooting helps and consider that the problem is with the network, then only a problem with DHCP option 82 comes to mind. If the problem is in the server, then there is no way without logs)
