Why does the GPS stay active?

Good afternoon. I have such a situation: in the battery statistics, which day the phone shows that the GPS is active, although it is turned off everywhere. The last time I used it was about a week ago, then turned it off. Everywhere options related to GPS are turned off, such as positioning for example. I thought maybe some kind of glitch, tried to restart the phone - all the same. What could be the problem?
