Car gps navigator on Android?

Are there any? I came across only one on the Internet - GlobusGPS GL-850 , but somehow it does not attract with its characteristics. Are there any other representatives, possibly abroad? Has anyone installed Android on navigators under Windows CE?

Why create separate Android navigators if the vast majority of Android communicators have GPS? Fasteners + charging from the cigarette lighter and a full-fledged navigator is obtained. This is probably why they don’t release separate navigators on android

I also asked similar questions, but did not find anything among ready-made solutions. Even the Chinese did not meet. Only tablets from 7 inches or phones with GPS. Since there is nothing similar already on pandawill and DX, we can assume that there are some technological difficulties in implementation.
But Globus is not satisfied with the old version of Android or the chipset? So the screen is normal, and there is enough memory. There is even WiFi, which is rare for navigators.

There are radios with a screen and android.
Recently, a work colleague bought one for himself from some French company, like there was even a review of it on Habré. True, there is an androyd circumcised - there is no market and navigation, respectively, only on Google maps, but they do not talk. But it produces excellent sound, unlike the Chinese, and all voice control is implemented.
So if you are interested in an embedded solution, then I think it's worth digging in this direction.
ps Oh, and here's the review!
