GPS receivers don't transmit anything by themselves because they are receivers. You can build devices that will transmit something.

1. Garmin Astro. Designed to see where your dog is on the screen
2. A lot of options with trackers via the Internet
3. Approximately the same as item 2, but via radio. It's called ... I forgot ... In short, it makes sense - you connect GPS with a screen through a box to a walkie-talkie and, as a result, you see your colleagues on the GPS screen. I like it the most.

In general, I tried all the options personally. As I already wrote - I liked item 3 most of all. This was about 5 years ago
