Why do some android apps show the correct location and others don't?

After the flight to a new city, the GPS calibration on the smartphone (Samsung Galaxy Note II) went wrong - the maps showed the wrong location, about 1 km from the real one. After calibration, by rotating the phone, Google Maps, MAPS.ME and Google Earth began to show the correct location. But the rest of the programs (Endomondo, Foursquare and others) still showed the wrong position.
I tried to enable / disable various location settings (wi-fi and cellular network orientation, satellite orientation). I tried the "GPS Status and Toolbox" software, knocked down the GPS cache and loaded new satellite data. But all to no avail. Are there any ideas how this can be fixed?
Below are links to screenshots of various applications.
Correct location:
hkar.ru/EgM6 (Google Maps)
hkar.ru/EgLY (MAPS.ME)
Wrong location:
hkar.ru/EgKT (Endomondo)
hkar.ru/EgMg (Foursquare)

In general, I found the alleged cause of the problem: in the city where I am now (Beijing), Google maps do not match satellite images, there is a shift of several hundred meters (Google fail?)
In fact, those applications that show the wrong location on a schematic map are actually in fact, they show the correct one according to satellite images. The same situation is observed not only in Beijing, but also, for example, in Shanghai.
