Why does the display turn off when the background is black?

Good afternoon friends! I had such a problem, which means every time I watch a video on YouTube or a movie with a black background (if I'm not mistaken, it's when there is no cursor, when there is a cursor, then everything is fine) I turn off the screen on my laptop, and you can immediately see that in the NVIDIA icon appears in the tray, is it really because of the video card? Previously, everything was fine, I began to meet all this after updating the video card driver, but the driver rolled back, but the problem still remained. Notebook parameters:
Processor: Intel Corei7-6700HQ
Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960

Very similar to a failure in the video card driver and its reboot. But, damn it, why can't you go into the "logs" and see the error messages?
