Why does the computer restart?

Computer restarts 3-4 times a day. Suddenly. There is no pattern, then while watching a video, then during idle time.
Windows 10.
The CPU temperature does not rise above 40.
Reinstallation does not help.
I've checked the cords, nothing comes loose.
Electricity doesn't jump.
What could be the reason?

Trial period for Win 10 accidentally ended? This behavior is typical if the term has expired.

It can be either a system problem (tweak it in the settings), or a mechanical one, in the hardware itself, something has broken.

Go to Computer Management > Event Viewer > Windows Logs > System and see what errors preceded the reboot.
If there is a message about the application crashing and creating a memory dump - use the utility suggested by Ronald McDonald in the first answer.
If there is a critical error like "Windows shut down unexpectedly" and no more messages - start looking for a hardware problem (memtest, victoria from the boot disk and that's it).

check voltage 220V, maybe someone cooks by welding
