Why does the call hang up after 30 seconds?
There is automatic telephone exchange FREEPBX.
The situation is this with external and internal calls: a call comes in from number 1 to number 2, from number 2 we transfer the call to number 3. Number 3 picked up the phone and said, “I don’t have time to talk now and hung up. Number 2 returned to the conversation with number 1. And after 30 seconds of conversation, the connection breaks.

Have you read the asterisk logs? It most likely directly says that he stopped receiving packets from the client via the control channel.
The client is not Linphone by any chance? They have such a hat after moving to a new SIP stack.
By the way, I finally saw in the logs:
chan_sip.c: Disconnecting call 'SIP/101-000012c0' for lack of RTP activity in 31 seconds
MTT operator, and we use Escene phones.
I have the same problem and can't figure out what to do.
My operator is local. It says the call is resetting my FreeBBX.
In the logs I also have similar entries.
[2017-01-23 15:46:01] NOTICE[1970]: chan_sip.c:29270 check_rtp_timeout: Disconnecting call 'SIP/FPN-FMS-Trunk-00002120' for lack of RTP activity in 31 seconds
