people appeared such a line in the CDR, how to relate to this?? interferes with
RASPBX statistics on asterisk 13.20.0

Starting with version 12 or 13 of asterisk, the developers changed the ideology of CDR recording. Now any PUK is written in CDR, and you yourself sort out in diaplan what is needed and what is not needed.
Just ignore.
