Why does one goip 8 sim drop an incoming call?

Good afternoon.
I'm trying to add another goip8 gateway to the 3 already working. There were some problems :)

I call on sim1 - everything is fine, connects,
dials on sim2 - one beep and resets

the settings are absolutely identical

I must say right away that all this economy was inherited and this is the first time I see telephony with an asterisk and gateways.

what is configured:
there is a conference on the asterisk,
everyone who calls to SIM cards in gateways should fall into this conference
; three goip8 are configured long before me and work properly
; the fourth one was added by me, configured by analogy with the previous ones and works somehow completely inadequate.

maybe I missed something on the asterisk itself, but I don’t even know where to dig.
the trunk was created, it was added to the Outbound Route next to 3 more, I did not touch Inbound Routes (there is one entry in which the actual conference number to which the gateways dial), Extension was also created with the same settings as the rest of the trunks (the name is naturally different), the user is also linked to the extension, again absolutely the same as the others (almost all the fields are default there), the settings on the goip itself between the sims are identical, the settings between the goip are also the same as much as possible (as far as I could and had enough understanding in general what to choose there, 3 old gateways with a fairly old firmware, the new one is naturally fresher with firmware and there are new settings).
old goip firmware - GST1610-1.01-48

I already have no ideas where to dig I don’t know why one sim card with goip8 connects normally and the second one doesn’t (the rest of the sim cards haven’t tested yet because they haven’t been activated yet)
