How to change CallerID before it is intercepted via AMI?
Good day! There is an Asterisk 13.18.2 server that works with the Yeastar NeoGate TG100 VoIP gateway as a SIP trunk. The user works with a softphone and software that connects to Asterisk via AMI. The software intercepts the CallerID and displays useful information on the screen at the time of answering the call.
The problem is that the incoming number comes in the format "+380хххххххх", in the software database it can only be stored in the format "380ххххххххх", and AMI intercepts this number even before I try to cut off the "+" in extensions.conf, as it showed me sip set debug on and manager set debug on.
What is the right thing to do in this case? Thanks in advance.
