What is the difference between FreePBX and Zeon IP PBX?

Good afternoon. Recently I was looking for an IP-PBX for the office, and I came across a Zeon PBX. Has anyone tried this?

Don't bother with Zeon and take what you hear. With FreePBX, you will find a bunch of manuals and help on the net, this will not happen with Zeon. It will break and that's it - you will look for paid support from the manufacturer. And there are a lot of sites on Asterisk.

We used to work with these guys (Zeon / Iptelefon). They ran away, flashing their heels, to other telephony providers ...
They take money for air :)
PS Perhaps this question is also a way for these cunning guys to get promoted

Look, the choice between fripbh and zeon (and, by the way, other commercial cloud PBXs) depends directly on your Wishlist and how much and how you are willing to pay (one-time, monthly).
If you have an admin who can / wants to deal with Aster and support it, or you want to hire such a person one time to set up the PBX and implement some very specific Wishlist, then your choice is fripbh. Since, despite the large community, it is rather difficult for an unprepared person to deal with it for the first time (it took me 4 days to read the documentation, initial setup and questions on the forum, given that I used to be only a phone user). But the advantage is the ability to customize it on your own by your admin.
If you have a standard set of Wishlist, 10-20 people and want to get connected telephony almost immediately, then your choice is the usual virtual atska (there are a lot of them now, the functionality is standard for all with slight differences). Zeon is also a virtual machine, it's just that there is a plus in a separate server (by the way, they only gave admin rights to the interface, if anything, so they finish it themselves for money, if you want something.)
About the use - they used their server (2 years ago ). The basic claims are the lack of instructions (I had to call for many questions) and the fact that any refinement is only by their forces. We chose them simply because we had 2 departments, the head of the call center chose the atsk for the interface and faster, faster)))) In the future, this leader left, what they are using now, they don’t know.
As a result, I can say that the differences are similar to hosting - if a small undemanding site - take a virtual machine (here the analogue is cloud PBX), if you want something more custom and more global, but you don’t want to seriously understand, then take a dedicated server - for rent and revision must be paid extra (Zeon and analogues).
If you want to be able to turn everything on your own / through the admin, then put a server in a rack in the office (fripbx) - you can modify anything yourself and administer it, but again, someone else will do it for money. In general, decide on the requirements for the system, the prospect of at least six months or a year, how much you are willing to pay and feel free to choose)
Ps a long post has been released)
