The telephone operators carried out two lines with the preservation of the old numbers on the first floor. ADSL hangs on one line. There is a Telekommunikationsanlage focus l, I see some kind of miniat (I will call it miniat). I couldn't find any information about it on the Internet. They moved it, connected everything as it was connected, but it did not work as it should. A call from the outside world goes to the miniatt, it makes characteristic crackles, the phone shows that there is a call on the first line, but the phone itself does not ring. If we call the second number, then the phone shows that they are calling from the second line, but is also silent. If during this time we pick up the phone and press the button (use the line on which the call is going), then we can talk with the caller. Phones have changed. I have little experience in telephony. We tried to contact the telephonists, but they said that they do not work with such miniats and offer to install the one with which they work. In connection with this question. What causes phones not to ring? Maybe the telephone operators connected us crookedly or the standard began to be used, which miniats does not support?

Yes, my mistake, I didn't specify. The second line is for fax. So, when we directly connect the second line to the fax, they normally call the fax and you can answer accordingly. But if through miniats, it does not call.

2. Try to connect an analog ordinary device to the external lines of the PBX. Is everything ok with an incoming call? Is there a problem with the splitter?
