How to fix the end of a call?
Hello. I work with Call Flow Designer in 3cx v16. I have a simple task: Transfer the call to a specialist by getting his internal number from a third-party api, and after the conversation, process the recorded call by transferring it to another service.
Having received the internal phone number, I perform the transfer, after which the voice application exits. Is there any way to wait for the end of the call and get the record/path to record the conversation? Thank you.
