How do I set up call recording from a Cisco 9971 phone on a user's computer?

Users (20 people) sometimes conduct telephone interviews and surveys. Each Cisco 9971. Minimum CCME license. Global call recording is maintained, but it is not convenient to pull out call files every time - working hours do not match. Giving access to a folder with all calls is not an option.
It is necessary through some program installed on the user's PC, at his request, to record a single call in mp3. Can this be configured somehow with minimal investment?

Mikhail You are already writing challenges! Expand the functionality of your system - do not put all the record files in one place, but arrange them in folders and distribute access rights to them.
