Is it possible to somehow integrate IP telephony (using Asterisk is planned) into self-written PHP CRM?

Please tell me, is it possible to somehow integrate IP telephony (it is planned to use Asterisk) into a self-written PHP CRM in order to get the following functionality:
1) Displaying the employment of managers' SIP lines in CRM (online)
2) Connecting the manager's phone with the selected number from CRM (client , supplier, another employee)
3) Collecting statistics on incoming and outgoing calls of managers
4) Recording all calls and viewing the history of calls in CRM with listening to the selected
one 5) When an incoming call comes from a number that has already called before and was processed by a certain manager, an instant attempt to connect with by the same manager, when the line is busy, all managers are redirected to the group
6) With an incoming call, instant display in CRM of his number and a brief history of the client, if he is associated with this number.
Thank you!

All items can be implemented through the Ami / Agi interface.
I also advise you to pay attention to Ajam .

2,3,4,6 implemented himself. 5 is definitely possible, most likely and 1 is possible

All items are realizable.
I can’t say that everything is easy and simple, but we have implemented it in our product. And not only that.

Yes, everything can be done with an asterisk, I would even say it already has a similar integration with some crm, for example, you can look at vtiger

All of the above tasks are 100% answered by Bitrix24 - the most dynamically developing, functional system. And the best thing is that you can implement this even using the free version of the product.
