Why does Teamviewer get an error negotiating protocols of the same version?
Hi all. The 1C programmer for remote work threw off the full version of TM 8 (cracked or licensed, who knows). We put this version on a work PC and a home one. The programmer connects calmly both there and there. But from a home PC to a worker it doesn’t work, writes - an error in negotiating protocols. What is the problem?
They deleted it, installed it on a new one, made sure that the IP version 4 checkbox was ticked, so that in St. you the receipt was in the author. mode. But none of this helps.

1C programmer for remote work threw off the full version of TM 8Well, it’s 2019 in the yard, now, as it were, the 14th version is in use.
I think the problem is in negotiating the connection of your machines and the teamviewer servers used to bypass firewalls and nat ..., this is not required on the local network.
The version is very old, probably no longer supported
ps I sympathize with you if the administrator did not bother to adequately configure vnc and firewall (I generally recommend using ssh tunneling or vpn instead of port forwarding), but uses some kind of ancient, and even more so crooked remote control program ( to remind how a few years ago the teamviewer was hacked and people came to the people and stupidly took money out of paypal, since people have the password saved in the browser without a master password?).
