Why does Sublime eat up all the memory after updating?

For a while, Syblame suggested that I upgrade, but I didn't want to. Recently updated. After that, memory problems began. About 10-15 seconds after opening, Sublime starts frantically eating memory. This can be seen in the Task Manager. When the memory runs out, it just crashes.
I tried to completely uninstall (with all settings and plugins) and reinstall. A clean install behaves the same way. There are no plugins. Themes are not. I didn't even install Package Control.
Help find and solve the problem.

@GavriKos

It seems to me that it is better to write somewhere on the sublime forum.
