SublimeCodeIntel freezes in sublimetext, what to do?

New Windows, new sublime, installed all the plugins, but as soon as I install SublimeCodeIntel, everything immediately stops working, even the package control does not work, all the plugins in general. If you remove it from the folder all the rules, I tried to reinstall and clean the registry, it didn’t help, tell me what to do?

If you need an autocomplete, then look towards switching to an IDE.
