File not saving in Sublime text3?

Hello friends, I can’t understand why the file is not saved in the sublime, and specifically the CSS file. .. there are not any errors there .. What is the problem in the sublime or in the browser (Chrome) Help.

Maybe update the cache?
ctrl+shift+R or ctrl+f5 . On mac do cmd instead of ctrl
