Such a problem. I check the page on the site through the Search Console, then I go to explore the page and learn more. I look at what resources on the page are blocked and for some reason links that lead to images are blocked? Why are they blocked? It should be? At the same time, the pictures are in the Google index... I'm attaching a screenshot of what I see in the Search Console...

In the site's robots it is registered:
Disallow: /storage
Allow: /storage/*

Yandex webmaster has a tool for checking the availability of a url with different robots, apparently this is the right thing for you
