I didn't understand. Why is Google Reader still working for me?
Why does everyone everywhere write that the reader is closed, but I still have it as it was available? Except that the daily reminders of its imminent closure have disappeared.

The same question arose. Yesterday I thought that it was because of the time difference - as if it was still June in America and would definitely be turned off today, but today everything continues to work. Apparently someone forgot to pull the main switch or changed his mind.
The web interface does not work for me (it redirects to www.google.com/reader/about/ ), but the Reeder program (rss client for iOs) still syncs with my Google Reader account and receives fresh posts (last 9:52 Moscow time ). Turned off until the end.
Probably because not all servers in all farms have been updated, somewhere it no longer works, it continues to work for someone else.
Or how do you imagine putting out tens of thousands of servers just like that.
It still works for me too. It is especially funny to read the news that Google Reader has finally closed from Google Reader itself. But I migrated to tt-rss anyway just in case .
