Some maps with the ability to create your own labels and view on mobile devices?

We need some kind of maps to throw various labels there in the browser, and then so that they can be viewed on a mobile or tablet. Previously, this was perfectly done in Google maps, but now I could only find this feature in the old interface, add my map there, but on Android in Google maps, I could not find this feature. Poke where it is in the maps on android, or suggest an alternative?

On the example of i.cards:
1. In the side tab, go to "My cards".
2. Create a new map.
3. We put marks on the map by right clicking on the right place.
4. Copy the link to the map "Link to this map".

I really didn’t find the “My Maps” function in the latest version of Google Maps.
Now everything is not very convenient, but it is quite feasible.
Add a place to your favorites in the browser.

Save.
Now you have this place in android.
