Why does PPPOE connection fail when changing user in Windows Server 2012r2? I have already tried everything, registered KeepRasConnections in different branches of the registry (they write on the sites that it helps, but it doesn’t help), nothing helps, is it possible to fix it somehow?

The "Routing and remote access" functionality is available in the server, there is also PPPoE there, but its own, different one. Does not depend on the user.
However, for it to work, you will have to configure the routing again, manually.

install a router to the server
