Why does PageSpeed swear at included styles in the head?

Because 390kb of styles is a lot, and it slows down the first render a lot, especially on a phone.
On Regular 3G styles only download for 5 seconds. And the site itself takes 40 seconds to load - if only PageSpeed didn't swear...
