Doesn't go to FTP of one hosting. Login, password and server are correct. If I log in via WebFTP ( webftp.hoststar.ch/login.php ) then everything is ok. But when I try to log in from filezilla, I get the following error - https://yadi.sk/i/s4E-2NyYv9oMa . When using SFTP - https://yadi.sk/i/VwslqghZv9pWT .
In the total commander - https://yadi.sk/i/TSvn-f6Mv9phj
What could be the problem?

Maybe there is an IP filter on the hosting? On normal hosting, this is often done. Add your address to the allowed list
