FTP over HTTP

Problem. I use my phone (Nokia 6600i slide) as a modem. But the mobile operator (kyivstar) gives access only via http. And I need FTP. For example, fillezilla, so that you can edit html, css, js through notepad ++.

What to do? I don’t understand the concepts of “port forwarding”, “proxy” and “sockets”.
