I really need help) I created a custom field of the file type in the deal card, then by a robot at a certain stage of the deal funnel I set a task where I specify a link to this field. But for some reason, the file can be downloaded from the link only on the date the task was set. Those. in tasks for yesterday and a week ago - when trying to download a file from a link, it gives {"status":"error","data":null,"errors":[{"message":"No file","code": 0,"customData":null}]}
in the in-place file field. can it be that the expiration date of the link is 1 day and how to fix it?
