Why are messages not coming from the VK group?

Good afternoon, I'm trying to link VK to Bitrix24 (box), everything is attached, but a chat and a lead are not created if a person wrote to VK.
I tried to set up integration on Bitrix24 Cloud (test), everything works correctly without problems. Tell me what's the problem?

1) Check that you are doing this on an active key
2) Check the module settings (do you have the portal address filled in correctly)
3) Check the server using the "System Check" tool. There shouldn't be any mistakes.
4) Check the portal certificate (ssllabs should not give errors, it is desirable that the certificate level be at least B +)
