Why does my Top Action Bar disappear in my ViewController after switching between controllers?

The question is probably ridiculous. but I do not understand.
There are 2 controllers, let's say: first, second. First is called through the NavigationController , it has a Button Action Bar button (working). If I switch to the second controller second, and then return to first, then the Action Bar disappears from above, and I want it to always be there! There is a menu button. Or is it necessary?
