Why does my laptop freeze when I turn it on after hibernation?

When you turn on the laptop after it has been put into sleep mode (hibernation), at the time the system boots, it freezes (it used to reboot, and even earlier everything worked fine). There are suspicions that this has something to do with Intel Rapid Storage. Or maybe not related. The problem persisted even after upgrading from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10.
Laptop - MSI GT70 2PC Dominator (as far as I know, it has one (system) disk - a RAID array of SSDs).

Standard - you need to find out if the problem is in software or hardware.
Make an image of the system with Acronis or standard Windows tools, roll back to the factory settings and see.
