Why does my laptop cooler overclock when I plug in the charger?

Hello! When I connect the laptop charging, the cooler starts to accelerate, although the temperature is normal. The cooler only slows down when fully charged. I read that when charging there is an overvoltage and because of this the cooler behaves this way. If this is true, is there any way to fix this?

Most likely, boost mode is enabled with the corresponding cooler speed.
Look at performance settings
