Why does Mikrotik think that the client has not received an IP address?

Good day to all!
I have a Mikrotik 750GL with 192.168.1.0/24 network.
There is a VM with Askozia on board.
In Mikrotik, the VM is statistically assigned the IP address 192.168.1.25

But as you can see from the screenshot, the status of the VM is "wating", resulting in a problem with connecting to Askozia from outside. But inside everything works correctly.
In the Askozia settings I tried to set both a static IP address and a DHCP assignment.

Why doesn't Mikrotik understand that the client is connected to the local network and is waiting for activation from it?

@neonox

On your screen you can see that MK does not see the MAC of the device, this is the problem, set the MAC and, in theory, both you and MK will be happy =)
