Why does MacBook Pro lose WIFI when I connect a monitor via DisplayPort?
I connected the monitor via HDMI, and there were no problems with WIFI.
I connected the monitor via DisplayPort, and WIFI is lost after a minute.
When you try to connect again, it prompts you to run diagnostics.
Turned off the monitor and WIFI immediately appeared.
What is the reason? How to fix?

This is a very old problem for which no explicit solution has yet been provided. If you search the forums, such signs can be found since 2010, at least. I personally saw this on the MacMini 2012, but there are also a lot of reviews about the MacBook. We had the opposite - DisplayPort worked, and communication was lost via HDMI. While there is no official fix, people solve this problem by selection. Various "workarounds" help: another monitor, another connection method (HDMI-DisplayPort), another router, another WiFi channel or frequency, etc. In general, you need to try various configuration options that you can change.
Found a crutch for MacBook pro 2017 13 '(maybe it will work on others too). Connect the power first, then connect the monitor. Only in this sequence, the Wi-Fi does not turn off. If at first the monitor and after the power or at the same time (everything is plugged into the hub) - it's buggy and the Wi-Fi resets.
It is important that my connection goes through an adapter (not original) HDMI.
