Why does kernel panic occur (LinuxMint 20.2)?

I recently installed LinuxMint 20.2 on a Samsung NC110 netbook. Everything works well, but sometimes when rebooting / shutting down, a kernel panic occurs. Photo of the monitor with kernel panic
Have to turn off the netbook by holding the power button. When I turn the netbook back on everything works well and there are no problems.
What could be the problem?
PS Earlier on LinuxMint 20 and 20.1 there was the same problem.

check the memory memtest update
the bios on the motherboard
